In this study, Fe/Mn/Zr ternary composite oxide catalytic electrode (Fe/Mn/Zr-CF) was synthesized by co-precipitation, electrodeposition and calcination method using carbon felt (CF) as substrate. Characterization results confirmed the uniform dispersion of Fe, Mn, and Zr oxides on the CF surface.
