"After going back and forth with the office over the course of almost 2 months, we struggled get their office to allow us the opportunity to pay. Finally, we got in touch with them and they had given our spot away, with no explanation. We were planning an out of town field trip with our young students and 2 days before driving 2 hours for our tour, we had to quickly make other plans. The office is hard to get in touch with and impossible to book with. I am sure the experience would have been great, but we will never know."

"They closed our local office and never informed us of a change in agent handling our upcoming vacation. I had to go looking for them! Vacation was great but only because local/previous agent did an excellent job making the arrangements before her office was closed. No responsibility to the client at all!"
