See ya again in January? Maybe not. It’s not so automatic this time that the next Bills-Chiefs sequel will come in the AFC playoffs again.

The Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Giants, Buffalo Bills, and Denver Broncos are pursuing wide receivers ahead of the November 4 deadline, but they just got some horrible news from Adam Schefter.

The Denver Broncos, Pittsburgh Steelers and Buffalo Bills are all in the market for a wide receiver ahead of the NFL trade deadline and the Indianapolis Colts might have one available.

Veteran wideout Courtland Sutton leads the Broncos with 38 catches for 586 yards and four touchdowns. Troy Franklin, a 2024 fourth-round pick from Oregon, has broken out with 37 receptions for 385 yards and four scores.

Fast forward to Wednesday, and Virgil was back at Broncos HQ for a workout, according to the wire. The Broncos have an open spot on the 53-man roster after parting ways with special teams ace J.T. Gray, who would only appear in one game despite being with the club for about three weeks.

Expectations were low for the New Orleans Saints entering the season, so they have had plenty of time to evaluate what to do at the trade deadline. One player who could be on the move is WR Rashid Shaheed,

Mathis, 27, had been elevated for two games this year, recording three tackles since signing to the Bills’ practice squad on Sept. 10. The 2022 second-round pick of the Washington Commanders is the second defensive tackle promoted to Buffalo’s active roster since last week, joining Jordan Phillips, who was signed from the practice squad on Oct. 28.

The Broncos hosted wide receiver Jalen Virgil (6-0, 210 pounds) at their facility, according to the NFL's transaction wire. The 27-year-old receiver originally entered the league as an undrafted free agent out of Appalachian State in 2022. He dressed for nine games as a rookie, hauling in two catches for 75 yards and a touchdown.

The Kansas City Chiefs were upended by the Buffalo Bills in Week 9, with their offense struggling uncharacteristically in the process.
