Americans continued to rely on Fox News for information and analysis through October, as FNC continues to lead all broadcast networks among weekday primetime viewers in 2025.
NBC, ABC, CBS and Fox are increasingly filling their airtime with big specials, events and sports as execs see those shows as the best strategy against the giant streaming services Netflix and Amazon.
Disney began running public announcements on YouTube TV at 5 p.m. ET, Oct. 30, 2025, to notify YouTube TV customers that services would discontinue at 11:59 p.m. ET should Google and Disney not reach an agreement on a new live TV streaming services contract.
And beyond those top sports and news offerings, other Disney-owned content that is now dark on the platform include channels specific to U.S. college athletic regions, like the Atlantic Coast Conference and the Southeastern Conference. NatGeo and FX are also impacted.
Florida vs. Georgia kicks off at 3:30 p.m. on ABC. Fans can tune in with an old-school TV antenna to their local ABC affiliate to watch the game. Streaming options include the Unlimited plan on the new ESPN app, as well as Fubo, which offers a free trial for new subscribers.
As of late Thursday, Oct. 30, several channels are missing from YouTube TV. Disney-owned channels, including ABC, ESPN, Disney Channel, National Geographic, and FX, have been removed from YouTube TV.
