ABC7 First Alert Weather tropical update. Some shift in the forecasts as Melissa remains poorly organized as it is encountering some strong shear from the west. This shear is expected to diminish in about 3 to 4 days from now. Once the storm get bigger it will then start to move more toward the NE.
